Welcome to the jita wen platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jita wen and its members. The terms set out in this document apply to all services, gaming activities, financial transactions and bonus benefits available on the site.

By creating an account on the site or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted the full terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the site.

1.1 Definitions

In these terms, "Platform" refers to both the jita wen website and mobile application. "Member" or "User" refers to any registered account holder. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting and other features available on jita wen.

1.2 Applicability

These terms apply to all current and future services of the jita wen platform. If any specific promotion or game has its own special terms, those will apply alongside these general terms.

The Bengali version of these terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali text will take precedence.

2.1 Registration

To register on jita wen, a member must provide accurate and valid information. Name, mobile number, date of birth and payment method details must be correct. jita wen reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, device or household. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled, and any funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login details secure is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone else is not allowed. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact jita wen support immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

jita wen reserves the right to verify a member's identity where necessary. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

All casino and betting activities on jita wen are for persons aged 21 or above only. Providing a false age at the time of registration is strictly prohibited.

jita wen may request proof of age (National ID card or passport) at any time. If proof is not submitted within the specified period, the account will remain suspended.

4.1 Deposit

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are accepted for deposits on jita wen. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Once a deposit is successful, it may take some time to reflect in the account; contact support if there is any issue.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

If a bonus has been accepted, withdrawal will not be permitted until the associated wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may also be temporarily held if there is an ongoing dispute or verification process on the account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jita wen offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (i.e. ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000).

5.2 Other Promotions

jita wen regularly runs various promotions, such as weekly rewards, slots festivals and special offers during the cricket season. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will apply alongside these general bonus rules.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is in no way equivalent to cash; it is a betting credit only.
• No winnings from a bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• jita wen reserves the right to refuse a bonus or cancel a bonus already granted if a member breaches the terms.
• Any attempt to misuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in permanent account closure.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on jita wen are determined through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via live dealers. If a technical error makes the result of a game uncertain, jita wen reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and return the wager.

6.2 Betting Rules

For sports betting, particularly cricket and football, bets are accepted and settled according to specific rules. If a match is abandoned or the scheduled format changes, jita wen's support team will make a decision regarding the relevant bets.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a bet's outcome is affected by a disconnection or technical issue, jita wen will review the relevant event logs and provide a resolution. Any deliberate attempt to exploit a technical error will be treated as misuse of the service.

6.4 Responsible Betting

jita wen advises members to bet within their own means. Using the betting limit feature and taking regular breaks are part of healthy betting habits.

jita wen's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, which is a set percentage of the weekly net loss.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

As an example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Cashback is credited automatically to the member's account each week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity and tier changes are based on meeting the criteria set by jita wen. If misuse of VIP benefits is proven, membership may be cancelled.

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of terms:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating the bonus system or attempting to collect bonuses by fraudulent means.
• Attempting to hack any part of the game software or website.
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Providing false information regarding account age or identity.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other members.
• Participating in games using automated bots or software.

jita wen uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of members' personal data. Members' information is not shared with third parties unless required by a legal obligation.

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before submitting a request, eligible funds in the account should be withdrawn, as the withdrawal process may become complicated after the account is closed.

11.2 Closure by jita wen

jita wen may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms.
• Evidence of fraud or use of dishonest means.
• Provision of false or incorrect identity information.
• Direction from a legal authority.
• Failure of age verification.

jita wen is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, disconnections or third-party software issues. Each member participates in games at their own judgement and risk.

Participation in gaming and betting activities may result in financial loss. jita wen is not responsible for such losses. Members are expected to bet consciously and within their means.

jita wen reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For important changes, members will be notified with adequate notice in advance — by email or through a notice on the site.
